The LFM Partnership Suite provides the flexibility so that your Firm will be able to choose at what level you drive the system or the system drives you.

The Suite includes all aspects required for a modern day legal practice including Legal Accounts, Time Recording, Document Production and Case Management. All are designed, written and supported within the same database by the same company ensuring optimum stability and ease of use.

One of the main advantages is that the Suite benefits the whole Firm. All documents can be produced via the Matter Manager ensuring a uniform look and feel across departments. Time Recording is automatic and linked to the generation of the documents and emails.

The documents are automatically stored in an Electronic File, Reminders are generated ensuring important actions are not missed.

The suite is designed around Microsoft SQL Server database using the latest programming tools, which means that the solution will be able to be configured for any size of practice and to expand to meet your needs.

The Suite is fully integrated with Microsoft Office. Therefore, meetings can be easily scheduled, diaries accessed and Central Court diaries maintained.

As part of the Matter Manager Solution, over 800 Microsoft Word Documents and Letters are provided for all major work types. This complements Laserform’s award winning range of legal forms that integrates fully with the Suite. This means that the amount of time required to get the system up and running and the practice benefiting from the Solution is kept to the minimum.

Although major benefits are achieved at an early stage, by using the Matter Manager Software, additional efficiencies can be gained by adding Workflows.

This can be achieved in a number of ways:-

Alternatively, you can purchase our Workflow skeletons, which have been designed with the legal process in mind. However, we are sure they will require tailoring to meet your specific needs.
