What's new

April 2014 There are a number of Civil and Family court form changes which come into force on 22 April 2014. Further information will be issued once known.

May 2013 The Ministry of Justice have added new forms to the Civil Procedure Rules. These forms are listed below and are all available in Laserform.

February 2013
Laserform introduced new form CPRH which is Precedent H Costs Budgeting form. The form is for use from April but was released in February to allow customers time to familiarise themselves with this complex form. Ask our Form Sales team for a quotation to add this form to your subscription (see "Contact Us" link below). Note that small changes may be made to the published Laserform once the final version is published by the Ministry of Justice.

The Ministry of Justice has published a new online service giving the length of time cases take in courts across England and Wales, access the service on the Open Justice website.

Page 1 of this form does not allow expansion. The format of page 1 must remain as prescribed and we are therefore not able to allow the fields to expand as this would result in the bottom of page 1 going over the page.

The notes for the defendant (N1C) should also be printed and attached to the claim form N1. If the defendant is out of the jurisdiction, use N1D guidance instead, and use N1(FD) if the claim is a Consumer Credit Act claim.

An optional field has been added under the heading 'Claim form' at customer request.

Forms Bundling
