FORME+
FORME+ replaced the basic FORME for all subscribers. Whilst you can access the old FORME you shouldn't use it for new matters - it is not maintained.
Provided you have V9.5/LFormInet V2.1 or above installed; the enhanced FORME+ is included with your subscription.

When to use this form
This form is for use for either a financial order
(as defined by rule 2.3 of the Family Procedure Rules 2010) or for financial relief after an overseas divorce or dissolution,
under section 13 of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984 or paragraph 4 to Schedule 7 of the Civil Partnership Act 2004.
Useful information about completing FORME+
On pages 4, 5 and 7 we have added a Laserform note (coloured
red on screen) to the form stating 'required field'. This is to draw to
the user's attention that in order for the auto calculations on that page
to be performed, that field must be completed.
In addition, extra note spaces have been added (for example on page 4) to allow the user to add further information
about the figures provided.
It is not necessary to enter liabilities as a negative on this form.
Laserform will deduct the sums as appropriate without the need for a minus symbol or brackets to be used.

January 2015- A small change was made to this form, allowing for a Court Fee account number to be entered on page 1.
